This truly natural hideaway features a great restaurant and bar and accommodation in self-contained island style bungalows which overlook the water.

The resort is designed for the traveller or fisherman who is keen to enjoy the experience of life in a true island style bungalow. The resort offers sports fishing on the lagoon or beyond the reef. We can arrange diving, surfing, fishing or boating adventures to many outstanding sites all close by.

Features
Rooms: Leaf house bungalows constructed in the Vona Vona traditional style of Sago Palm Leaf, Lawya Cane and Wild Betel Nut Tree. Bungalows range in size to accommodate various numbers. Toilets, hot and cold showers are conveniently situated directly behind the bungalows amongst flowering orchids and frangipani. Rain tanks, located in close proximity to your cottage, provide pure rain water for drinking and cooking needs.

The Luxury unit has 2 separate bedrooms, en-suite, kitchen, balcony and central lounge room.
Dining: The comfortable waterfront bar and restaurant provide ample space and seating options. The dining is based on fresh seafood. If you prefer to cook some meals for yourself then it is advised to bring vegetables from either the Honiara or Gizo markets and catch or purchase the plentiful supply of seafood readily available at Lola Island.

The Fishing Bar is fully licensed, but if you have a favourite drink, pick it up Duty Free and the Bar staff will be happy to mix your drinks to your preference. The Bar includes Rod Holders along with your Stubby Holders!
At the end of the day, the waterfront restaurant and bar is the place to kick back, soak up the atmosphere or tell tall fishing stories. The company is great, the beer is always cold and the menu always features fresh local seafood and produce. If you prefer we can prepare your own day’s catch to your specific instructions.

Sports fishing: unique diversity of fishing, accessible either from the island itself or only minutes away
- Surfing: extremely inconsistent so be prepared to enjoy alternative activities. But, when the surf is up, you have it all to yourself. There are three confirmed surf breaks five to 20 minutes from the resort.
- Scuba diving: some of the finest diving in the South Pacific, specialising in majestic wall dives and big fish action, plus a spectacular cave dive, unlike any other in the Solomon Islands
- WWII wrecks: the Kasi Maru, the US dump and various aircraft. Guided by extremely friendly and experienced local dive guides you will enjoy an unusual cultural experience during your travels between dive destinations.
- Yachting: unsurpassed yachting with an excellent anchorage directly in front of the resort: 15 metres of water with a sandy bottom.
